Our vision is to give one million Woven Hearts to those we have the privilege to serve.

Some hearts will be chosen in memory of someone deeply loved. Some will be given to a friend who needs to know someone is thinking of them. Others will find their way into the hands of families facing the unimaginable task of saying goodbye while also wondering how they will afford to do so.

The Circle of Care gives us the ability to respond.
Your monthly contribution helps provide ongoing burial and memorial assistance while ensuring Woven Hearts are available for the families we serve.
When you become a member of The Circle of Care, you join a community committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the families we serve. You’ll receive quarterly impact reports sharing the work your generosity has made possible, along with a special annual update reflecting on the families served, hearts given, and the difference made together throughout the year.

The Legacy Gift — Private Giving

Your generosity allows us to respond to greater needs — helping with burial expenses, memorials, headstones, and lasting places of remembrance while extending our reach to more families.
As a Legacy Partner, you will receive quarterly impact reports and a comprehensive annual update, giving you a meaningful look at how your contribution is making a difference in the lives of those we serve.
With your permission, your name, your family’s name, or the name of your organization will be permanently recognized on our Legacy Circle page, honoring those whose generosity has helped make this work possible.
