Thursdays with Stella
A weekly online grief gathering for those navigating loss, change, caregiving, and life after heartbreak.
Weekly Grief Support Led By Stella Rose, RN
Beginning Thursday, June 18th, you are invited into an online private gathering created for those carrying grief, loss, change, caregiving, and the quiet weight of being human.
This is not therapy.
Not a lecture.
Not a place where you are expected to speak before you are ready.
It is a weekly grief support gathering led by Stella Rose, RN — hospice nurse, grief educator, and founder of Healing Grief Matters.
For more than thirty years, Stella has sat beside people through loss, caregiving, dying, love, heartbreak, and the complicated realities of grief. Thursdays with Stella was created to offer that same kind of grounded presence online — a place where you can pause, breathe, reflect, and feel less alone in what you are carrying.
Here, you do not need to explain your grief.
You do not need to be further along than you are.
You only need to arrive honestly.
Each Thursday gathering includes:
Grief does not need an audience.
But it does need a witness.
Whether your loss is recent or years old, whether you are grieving a person, a relationship, a season of life, or someone still here but slowly leaving — this space is meant for you.
